CITGO Petroleum Corporation, headquartered in Tulsa, OK awarded Cetec Automation a contract to install its TOS Workforce Management System at CITGO’s refinery in Lake Charles, LA. Under a six months project Cetec will implement components of the TOS system to schedule and track work crews responsible for the 24x7 operation of the Refinery.
