Borgata

 

In April 2002, Cetec was selected by the new Borgata in Atlantic City for the implementation and rollout of its Workforce Management System based upon the TOS 8i software. This project was Cetec’s first entry into the Gaming and Hospitality industry. Borgata opened in May 2003.

 

 

 

A major undertaking on this project was the delivery of Cetec Demand Initiated Scheduling flexible enough for use by various departments. Cetec’s rules-based and exception-based system proved exceptionally suited for Casinos and Hotels, supporting Borgata’s 6000 employees workforce.  TOS flexibility in handling complex skill based requirements was recognized by the Borgata. Cetec’s skill-based demand scheduling plays a major roll in attraction and retention of skilled employees and at the same time reduction of operational costs. Borgata
