Orange County Transportation Authority selected the TOS Workforce Management System for its repair and overhaul facilities in Southern California. The system was installed by Cetec in three maintenance depots supporting OCTA’s public transportation fleet of vehicles.
TOS Internet architecture is supporting OCTA’s distributed work facilities located in the Orange County. Every employee in its three depot facilities is able to report work time against a central server located in OCTA’s headquarter in Orange, CA. Using biometric readers and badge readers to report employee’s time, eliminates mishandling of attendance time by employees and reduces excessive premium time. OCTA utilizes Cetec’s timekeeping rules to create gross-pay records for timely and accurate payroll update.
