Activity-based Cost Allocation [ACA] |

ACS tracks labor cost by activity and allocates labor time to accounts and sub-accounts as defined at the installation site. Details are reported by employee or group of employees, by project/order/lot or by activity / task/ operation. Cost details are also reported by job code or by charge account. Cost details are reconciled with the employee attendance time-line for every segment of time reported, resulting in actual cost information. Cost details upload to an activity-based costing system as needed. Cost allocation is a significant component of workforce time management operation allowing an enterprise to balance and create a P&L statement on a daily basis.
