System foundation consists of three integral components designed to facilitate orderly installation and deployment of the TOS applications at a customer site. SFM is supplied as part of the delivered product and contains the components listed below:

·  Data Exchange [DEX]

·  Setup & Installation Module [SIM]

·  Security Management System [SMS]

SFM furnishes the tools to manage the "Rules-based Decision Support Logic" embedded in every application of the Cetec Workforce Management System. It allows users to manage application rules, rule profiles, and various groups of program attribute and parameters. SFM security management allows customization of user preferences, permissions, and authorization as well as customization of user's work panel, its language and its environment.  In addition, a variety of administrative tools are provided to improve system integrity.
