Cetec Automation released its Tips Compliance System (TIP) in accordance with IRS tips reporting requirements. TIP was designed to augment Cetec’s TOS-8i product offerings for the gaming and hospitality industries.

Tips compliance is an integral part of Cetec’s TOS 8i Workforce Management System,  offering gaming and hospitality enterprises the ability to automate tips distribution, reporting and compliance to IRS provisions and agreements. The system is configured for the gaming and hospitality workforce and fully integrated with Time & Attendance, Demand Initiated Scheduling, Rules-based Timekeeping and a comprehensive set of labor cost allocation tools.

TOS provides work time optimization methods intended to improve personnel utilization, enhance assignment & scheduling, and generate gross-to-pay records. The TIP system outlined in this document is Cetec’s latest addition to its time optimization solution series offering compliance with IRS provisions and TDRA, TDCA and TEPA agreements.
