Cetec began the development of early version of its product in the second half of 1994, and continued advancing product design with high level of compatibility to current standards and platform technologies. The company based its product upon the Microsoft Windows platform and it’s “.NET” architecture. Since its inception, Cetec focused its development to create a product that is flexible, scalable, and easily adaptable to a variety of business rules and profiles found in its target industries. Thus, Cetec’s proprietary “Rules-based Decision Support Logic (RDSL)” was created and placed as part of a foundation imbedded in every application developed by Cetec. RDSL adapts an application to a customer’s requirements with a minimum of effort, eliminating excessive deployment and rollout cost and time. Cetec’s Data Exchange Engine (DEX) was also developed as part of the product foundation to reduce excessive integration with various ERP systems. DEX applies a command language easy to use in pre and post processing of imported or exported records. During the number of releases of its Time Optimization Solution (TOS Version 8.0), Cetec achieved a number of significant milestones and among them its Demand Driven Optimization processes created to enhance workforce utilization, cost reduction, improved productivity and performance. At a number of its customers Cetec’s applications and connectivity innovations achieved significant integration of variable processes provided by enterprise systems providers such as SAP, Lawson, PeopleSoft, Cincom, Ceridian, Oracle and others. Further, Cetec’s Internet applications and data exchange facilities provides its customers an extended platform reaching across multi-national boundaries.
