Cetec Automation and The Borgata Hotel Casino & Resorts jointly embarked upon a new project to implement the TOS Demand Initiated Scheduling in the Slots and Cashiers department. A powerful and highly adaptive rotation logic was developed for the Slot department to ensure adequate consideration to a variety of rules and processes currently applied manually at The Borgata.
Under contract with two properties of the Casino Arizona, Phoenix, AZ, Cetec is reengineering it's TMC system under Version 2.0 to accommodate tips reporting and distribution in Native Indian properties. TMC 2.0 is fully compliant with IRS provisions and the GITCA Agreement.
In cooperation with Harrah’s Entertainment, Table Games Department , Las Vegas, NV, Cetec reengineered its Demand Scheduling to include a graphical roadmap depicting the casino floor layout. This will allow opening, closing and moving tables or pits before or during the scheduling period. The system will automatically automate staffing with strings to accommodate such changes.
- - Cetec completed the deployment of its TOS Production Monitoring & Control system at this facility. Plans for rollout to production are set for January 14, 2009. The new release of PMC Version 8.5 includes Cetec’s paperless routing throughout the order fulfillment cycle at the shop floor.
- - Kaiser, who has been a user of the TOS system for over a decade, upgraded its Version 7.4 to the new Version 8.2 under Oracle 10G database.
- - In 2007, Kennametal increased the number of plant sites using the TOS Production Monitoring & Control system by adding 5 new sites in US, China and Brazil.
- - Cetec received an order from Casino Arizona in Scottsdale and Indian Bend properties for the deployment and rollout of TOS Tips Management & Compliance System.
Rollout to production is planned for January 30, 2009.
