This component of the DDO system extends the capabilities of demand initiated scheduling and work assignment processes provided by the DIS component. Easy to use, graphical interface allows schedulers and manager the ability to modify floor layout, assignments and positions, open and close tables and pits with ease. A highly intuitive system, DOR provides a graphical road map of the casino floor, based upon forecasted and budgeted demand volume. Demand staffing release initiated at the casino floor directly correlates to the skills required in each table. At the time tables are opened, the availability of employees and, of course, the condition that employee skill sets match the open table are key functions of the DOR component. While demand for a table to be opened is matched with available employees supply and their skill, the staffing “string” process applies casino and table rules for dealer’s relief assignment.
