Labor & Time Reporting (LTR)
Whether the enterprise workforce is comprised of hourly, salary, union, exempt or non-exempt employees, a method of time and labor tracking is readily available by the WTM system. Enterprises with extensive hourly labor workforce, often stipulate strict adherence to shift rules and parameters. In this case Control Attendance is used to meet this challenge. Otherwise, labor time reporting application is the option used to allow employees or supervisor to report work performed in a weekly and bi-weekly cycles.

An enterprise may also utilize the automated time reporting method provided by the WTM system to streamline their time management information and reduce cumbersome handling of manual time records. This application provides tracking of employee attendance and work assigned based upon default and override schedules as well as default and assigned work tracking based upon released work demand. Employees located throughout the enterprise may utilize a Browser based PC attending to changes in schedule and variations in demand. and report work performed to be balanced and reconciled with scheduled shift time for accurate and timely cost allocation.

Also, supervisors are provided with the ability to view work in progress, resolve reported exceptions, authorize work time reported and time-off scheduled through the system timekeeping rules and profile parameters defined in the TOS foundation. Once approved, time records are adjusted and gross-pay calculations are performed automatically by the WTM system.
