Labor & Time Scheduling (LTS)
Labor Time Scheduling contains a variety of scheduling options such as entitlement (leave} scheduling, time-off scheduling, shift change, shift override (overtime scheduling) and shift rotations. Absent scheduling is tracked by the system automatically. Employee schedules are updated constantly by the system to reflect any changes in working schedule during a shift. As shown in the screen below for “add a schedule”, a variety of options can be selected to enhance the scheduling process. Work elements such as alternate time code, employees work station, work center, department and job number (operation) can be changed with the rescheduling function.

In addition, reporting of an employee schedule is provided for daily, weekly and monthly view. At a setup time or on demand, a master schedule is created or updated from all scheduling changes reported or created by the system such as entitlement time-off or shift rotation that are changing employees’ schedule. The monthly view of an employee schedule views an employee schedule in every day of the month.

Both controlled and automated attendance functions utilize the master schedule in creating automated attendance records for accurate FTE costing and control attendance for clock in/out time validation and audit.

Further, Demand Initiated Scheduling application of the DDO system depends upon the employees master schedule in determining labor supply needed o fulfill demand’ staffing requirements.

Also, PMC applications such as its shop floor data collection depends upon the master schedule created through the labor time scheduling application to reconcile labor time for the work shift and to validate clock in/out transactions.
