The projected order fulfillment based upon standards often results in erroneous results. Actual time may differ, based upon conditions that may exist at the workplace during job execution. TOS Work Measurements provide actual job execution details based upon real-time processes. These processes provide actual run time, labor time and machine time from start to finish. This information is measured on-line and processed to provide time to complete, material hold at a work center or machine site, productivity measurement, labor efficiency measurement and gap or non-productive time measurement. In addition, PMC reports work flow from one operation to the next in real-time, projecting order fulfillment accurately and at the time it is needed.
PMC utilizes adjusted and reconciled records used in its calculations of labor efficiencies, matching attendance time with actual work time for each employee and operation. The resulting work-time line is allocated to actual cost including overtime if it occurs during the execution of a job. The shift time line projects actual cost for each operation in the work order routing.
